Philippines' Katrina Llegado wins Miss Supranational 2026

The Philippines has reclaimed one of international pageantry’s most coveted crowns after Katrina Llegado was named Miss Supranational 2026 during the grand coronation night held in Poland, defeating 66 other delegates from around the world.

With the victory, Llegado becomes only the second Filipina to win the prestigious title, following Mutya Datul’s historic triumph in 2013. Her win marks another milestone for the Philippines, reaffirming the country’s standing as one of the world’s pageant powerhouses.

Throughout the competition, Llegado impressed judges with her elegance, commanding stage presence, and thoughtful responses during the crucial question-and-answer rounds.

When asked about the moment she stopped trying to become the woman the world expected and instead embraced the woman she was meant to be, she answered:

“I always believe that we should never fit into a mold. We are perfectly imperfect. I am someone who struggles with perfection. But I am here today, doing my best and becoming my best version. And here in Miss Supranational, I know I belong. I know there is a place for me, and this is becoming SUPRA—above and beyond.”

Her heartfelt words, combined with a consistently outstanding performance throughout the competition, ultimately earned her the Miss Supranational 2026 crown.

Llegado’s victory ends a 13-year wait for another Filipina to capture the title, adding a new chapter to the country’s rich legacy in international pageantry.
