Tarpaulins, such as this one hanging on the fence of UP Botanical Garden, calling for the opening of bank, tax and AMLC records have sprouted in public places around Tacloban City immediately after the Senate, sitting as an impeachment court, approved the House prosecution's requests to subpoena the said records of Vice Sara Duterte and her husband Manases Carpio. The tarpaulins carry no name of any organization responsible for this initiative.
