Unioil debuts first Aramco station in Sucat

Unioil Petroleum Philippines has opened the country’s first Aramco-branded fuel station in Sucat, Parañaque, giving local motorists access to a new fuel retail experience under the partnership between the two companies.

The station is the first visible result of Aramco’s acquisition of a 25 percent stake in Unioil in 2025. The deal brought together Unioil’s local network and market experience with Aramco’s global retail operations.

Motorists visiting the Sucat branch can now buy ProForce, a premium fuel brand introduced through the partnership. The site also offers Valvoline Express Care automotive services, which add basic vehicle maintenance options alongside regular fuel sales.

More Aramco-branded stations are already being developed along North EDSA, Quezon Avenue and the North Luzon Expressway.

These locations will expand the partnership’s presence beyond Parañaque and place the brand in several major traffic corridors.

Aramco vice president of Retail Ziyad H. Al Juraifani said the Philippine market offers room for a stronger fuel retail business because of rising consumer demand.

He added that Unioil’s local knowledge would support Aramco’s standards and product offerings in the country.

Unioil president Kenneth C. Pundanera said the partnership would focus on fuel quality, service and value for motorists. He said the companies want customers to notice the difference each time they visit one of the stations.

The opening also comes with community projects in Metro Manila. Unioil and Aramco are renovating basketball courts in several areas as part of their support for grassroots activities and youth programs.

Founded in 1966, Unioil operates fuel stations, terminals and industrial fuel distribution services across the Philippines. The company has also introduced cleaner fuel standards in the local market over the years.

The Sucat station now serves as the first step in a broader rollout that will bring the Aramco name to more Unioil locations in the coming months.
