P&A Grant Thornton has expanded its footprint in the country with the opening of a new office in Pampanga, bringing its professional services closer to businesses in Central Luzon and supporting the region’s economic growth.

Located within the Clark Freeport Zone, the new office is positioned to serve enterprises across various industries, reflecting the firm’s confidence in the region as a key driver of economic development while creating employment opportunities and fostering local talent.

During the inauguration on 26 June, P&A Grant Thornton Co-Founder Jose G. Araullo recalled the firm’s early years and emphasized that its growth has been guided by its founding values.

“When Ben Punongbayan and I started the firm in 1988, at the very start, we inculcate our work with dedication and integrity. I remember the time when other firms were saying that we would not last three months. But today, we are still here bringing our expertise to businesses and serving communities and our people for more than 30 years. I am so happy that our virtues of dedication and integrity continue to be the compass of the present generation of P&A leaders until now,” Araullo said.

Chairman and Managing Partner Romualdo V. Murcia III said the new office marks a significant step in the firm’s expansion and strengthens its commitment to serving clients in Central and Northern Luzon.

“Today is more than the opening of a new office. It’s a meaningful step forward in our journey as a firm, bringing us closer to the clients we serve, the communities we support, and the people who will shape our future,” Murcia said.

Elano Marcelo, partner and Business Process Solutions practice leader, said the Clark office would strengthen the firm’s local presence and enable it to provide more accessible and tailored services to organizations in the region.

P&A Grant Thornton said the Pampanga office will offer its full suite of services, including audit and assurance, tax advisory and compliance, advisory, and outsourcing services, delivered by a team of experienced professionals.
