Drag lip-sync showcase ‘Versusan’ takes the stage this weekend

Adonis Prodhouse presents the inaugural Versusan, a one-of-a-kind lip-sync showcase bringing together some of the country’s most beloved drag performers on 26 July at Vice Comedy Club in Quezon City. The all-star lineup features Precious Paula Nicole, Brigiding, Viñas Deluxe, Minty Fresh, Odasha, Shewarma, Miss Jade So, Zymba Ding, Angel Galang, NAIA, Katana and Merckz. Reimagining the classic versus format, “Versusan” celebrates creativity, performance and community.

Unlike a traditional competition, Versusan is a lip-sync battle free from the pressure of winning or losing. Instead, it invites audiences to watch the queens go head-to-head in a series of performances designed to entertain, surprise, and showcase the boundless possibilities of drag.

The show opens with solo sets, allowing each queen to command the stage in her signature style before the much-anticipated “Versusan” battles begin. Each performer will receive a dedicated production budget for reveals, props, costumes and other stage elements, giving the queens greater freedom to push their artistry further.
