Charles John Brown, D.D., leads the Solemn Declaration of the Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Santo Niño de Tondo as a Minor Basilica during a Solemn Eucharistic Celebration on 11 May 2026. The Minor Basilica of Tondo is the sixth in the Archdiocese of Manila.
