Cezar P. Consing is elected Chairman of Globe’s Board today following the company’s Annual Stockholders’ Meeting.
He succeeds Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala, who steps down after nearly 40 years of service, including three decades as Chairman.
Globe says it honors Zobel de Ayala’s legacy for transforming the company into a leading digital telco and expanding access to connectivity and financial technology across the country.
