Mural artists paint a wall along Taft Avenue on Monday, 06 April 2026, depicting their own interpretation of the WPS Mural Festival’s themes: "Kulayan ang Karagatan para sa Kalayaan" (Color the Ocean for Freedom) and "Karagatan. Kalayaan. Kulayan." The festival aims to counter misinformation, celebrate Filipino maritime heritage, and call for the protection of the West Philippine Sea.
