A delegation from the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) recently participated in a global security summit in Italy, focused on peacebuilding and leadership in a shifting global landscape.

The academy announced Wednesday that its representatives attended the International Forum for Peace, Security and Prosperity (IFPSP) 2026, held 22 to 25 March at the Palazzo di Sclafani in Palermo, Sicily.

Brig. Gen. Onorlie Brillantes, the PMA assistant superintendent, led the Philippine delegation. He was accompanied by Maj. Raymond Carbonnel, the officer-in-charge, and two cadet delegates: Cdt. 1st Class Catherine Liesha Chave and Cdt. 1st Class Racen Vaness Molina. The forum gathered members of military academies, training institutions and partner organizations from across the globe to discuss resilience and leadership within modern security environments.
