The San Isidro Farmers and Fisherfolk Association (SIFFA) of Barangay San Isidro, Dumalneg, Ilocos Norte earned nearly P80,000 from two cycles of tilapia growing under a livelihood support project of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR).
SIFFA members harvested 262 kilos from their tilapia pond this agency continues supporting the group’s livelihood effort.
