Community affairs officer Jannah Rabago said the activity is part of a campaign to protect wildlife and preserve the area covered by Presidential Proclamation No. 1636, which declares Masungi a national park and wildlife sanctuary.
“’Yung pagbabawal natin, ’yung highway safety awareness na ginagawa natin, na una, pag-slow down ng mga sasakyan, at bukod doon ’yung no to open and loud mufflers, ay ginagawa natin dahil ayaw nating maistorbo ’yung mga buhay-ilang na mayroon tayo rito,” she said.
