The 2026 Panagbenga Festival will run from 28 February to 8 March 2026, featuring live performances, interactive booths, and citywide activities for residents and visitors.
This month-long celebration, also known as the Baguio Flower Festival, highlights the city’s blooming flowers and commemorates recovery from the 1990 Luzon earthquake. The festival’s theme this year is “Blooming Without End.”
Opening the festivities on 28 February, the Melvin Jones Grandstand will host Bloom Ti Saya from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with music and entertainment from performers including SexBomb Rochelle, Weng and Monic, The Bloomfields, Patrick Quiroz, 1621, and Chloe Redondo, alongside several content creators.
From 3 to 5 March, SM City Baguio’s Activity Center will host Bloom Live, featuring performers such as Lancer Carr, Bryan Chong, Kice So, Vince Maristela, Patrick Quiroz, Queen Dura, Larkin Castor, Alisson Shore, David La Sol, Althea Ablan, Jao, and Bont Bryan.
BingoPlus, an online platform operated by DigiPlus, will oversee interactive festival booths at the Melvin Jones Grandstand from 28 February to 1 March, 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and along Session Road from 2 to 8 March, 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Visitors can take part in games and activities and access the Jagat Coin Hunt, a citywide online and offline treasure hunt running from 27 February to 31 March.
Festival organizers said all activities are for entertainment purposes and no wagering is involved, and reminded that gaming is only for participants aged 21 and above.
