Artist Anthony Jandusay applies a primer coating to the mural titled “Noon, Ngayon, at Bukas

—Tayo ang People Power” at the EDSA Shrine (National Shrine of Mary, Queen of Peace, Our Lady of EDSA) on Sunday, 22 February 2026, in Quezon City.

According to Jandusay, the effort was led by an art collective known as “Team Birks,” or the “Black and Yellow Movement.” The mural portrays past and present events in the country, as well as the group’s vision for the future.

The artist lineup that worked on the mural included Ted Camahalan, Al Vergel Frias, Abigail Bulan, Rara Carillo and Jandusay himself.

The installation will be exhibited outside the EDSA Shrine until 25 February, in line with the commemoration of the historic peaceful protest in efforts to overthrow the former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr. called People Power, which took place 40 years ago.
