Dubai property firm enters Phl market via ERA

Dubai-based developer DAMAC Properties has formally entered the local market, partnering with ERA Philippines to mount a by-invitation Dubai Property Showcase targeting investors seeking to diversify offshore.

The event spotlighted a portfolio of Dubai residential projects — from prime urban towers to master-planned, waterfront and branded communities — as the company positioned itself to capture what it sees as a growing Filipino appetite for global real estate exposure.

“We observed a strong interest among Filipino investors in exploring opportunities beyond the local market, particularly as they become more deliberate about diversification,” Jemariz Austria, Director of Marketing and PR of ERA Philippines, said Monday.

“Our role is to bridge that gap by making international real estate more accessible, informed, and approachable.

Through our partnership with DAMAC Properties, we were able to bring global developments directly to Filipino investors, providing them with clarity, proper guidance, and confidence to assess markets like Dubai.”

Among the projects presented were Safa Gate along Sheikh Zayed Road; DAMAC Islands, with homes starting at about P10.9 million; DAMAC Riverside Views; and Chelsea Residences.

Founded in 2002, DAMAC has delivered over 50,000 homes, with more than 54,000 units in progress and over 100 million square feet under planning and development across 15 cities worldwide.

ERA Philippines, launched in 2024, provides residential and commercial brokerage services and is the ERA network's 40th country.
