Two carnappers arrested in Norzagaray

The Norzagaray Municipal Police Station (MPS) arrested two men after trying to carnap a motorcycle at Brgy. Poblacion in the town of Norzagaray, Bulacan on 17 February 2026.

According to the Norzagaray MPS, the two suspects are identified as Winston, a 39-year-old resident of Barangay Partida, and Ariel, a 34-year-old resident of Pulong Buhangin in Santa Maria.

According to initial investigations, the incident happened at Barangay Poblacion when the victim left his motorcycle going to a client. Upon his return, he discovered that his motorcycle was tied to another motorcycle being driven by the suspects.

The victim immediately reported the incident to the authorities. During a patrol, police detailed at the MBS Bigte notice two men aboard a motorcycle without a helmet while another motorcycle is towed using a rope.

The police stopped the suspects and asked for documentation, but the two failed to show any papers. The suspects were then taken to the police for verification wherein the barangay tanods identified the vehicle as the one that was stolen.

The owner further confirmed the vehicle upon his arrival at the station.

The arrested suspects are under the custody of the Norzagaray MPS while proper charges are being readied against them.
