Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) is making its debut in the National Capital Region through an expanded partnership with Japan-based NTT UD Asia Pte. Ltd. (NTTUD), launching a major residential and retail mixed-use development in Pasig City via CLI Luzon Ventures Inc.
In a Monday disclosure, the listed property developer said the multi-phase project, set to launch by year-end, will feature eight towers with Japanese-inspired design, sustainable features, and thoughtfully curated amenities.
“This Luzon project reflects the deep trust between our organizations and our shared commitment to quality, discipline, and long-term value,” said CLI chairman and CEO Jose Soberano III.
NTTUD President and CEO Kou Ikeda added: “We are very excited to take on a new challenge together in a new area… to create developments that are closely connected to the lives of local communities.”
The development followed regulatory approval last month, when the Philippine Competition Commission cleared NTTUD to acquire 40 percent of the voting shares of CLI’s subsidiary, CLI Luzon Ventures, enabling the company to pursue developments in Luzon.
The partnership builds on CLI’s first collaboration with NTTUD in 2024, when the two companies launched a P6.5-billion, two-tower residential project at Cebu IT Park.
CLI previously said it plans to invest P12 billion in Luzon projects, including residential communities in Laguna, Batangas, and Cavite, as well as a two-tower mixed-use development near Metro Manila.
Founded in 2003, CLI has delivered over 132 projects across 18 cities. This collaboration with NTTUD strengthens its geographic reach while leveraging proven execution capabilities, advancing the company’s mission to deliver real estate developments that uplift communities.
