The vehicle of Tess Mamac, the missing widow of a barangay captain in Pampanga, was found abandoned at the Magalang Plaza on Valentine's Day.
Mamac is the widow of the late Barangay Captain Rodelio Mamac of Balibago, Angeles City.
Tess has not yet been found since she went missing on 13 February 2026.
Some of Tess’s personal items, such as her bag, wallet, cell phone, and IDs, were found inside the white Toyota Innova.
CCTV footage shows that Mamac's driver, one of the persons of interest identified by the PNP, was the one who left the vehicle at the said area. This was confirmed by Mamac’s children.
Meanwhile, Congressman Carmelo "Pogi" Lazatin has offered a P200,000 reward for anyone who can provide information on the whereabouts of Tess Mamac.
"Anyone with information on Tess Mamac's whereabouts may reach out to the office of Cong Pogi or the Angeles City Police Office," he said.
Maria Teresa "Tess" Mamac is currently the subject of an active missing person search in Pampanga, Philippines. She is the widow of the late Rodelio "Tony" Mamac, a former long-time Barangay Captain of Balibago, Angeles City.
She was last seen on the evening of 12 February 2026, between 8:45 PM and 8:49 PM.
