InLife’s relaunch ushers in improved employee benefits

InLife Benefits Insurance Company, Inc. recently launched its refreshed brand, aiming to provide ding a holistic and comprehensive insurance benefits solution to organizations and their workforce.

Transpired at the Makati Shangri-La last month, the event’s central theme, RESTART, symbolized more than a brand refresh—it represented the welcoming of a new dawn for InLife Benefits, formerly Generali Life Assurance Philippines, Inc.

InLife Benefits President and Chief Executive Officer Noemi Azura said RESTART reflected the company’s evolution under new ownership and its renewed direction, powered by innovation and purpose.

At its core, RESTART embodies InLife Benefits’ commitment to carrying forward valuable hopes for its partners and customers: stronger service, expanded and more relevant offerings, and consistently top-notch quality across every touchpoint.

The theme underscored the brand’s promise to move forward with clarity, confidence, and deeper care for the Filipino workforce.

"Restart, for me, is a Kairos moment—and it is a Kairos moment as well for InLife Benefits,” Azura said.

“Because finally, we are launching the brand. This is a move forward under a new ownership, powered by innovation and purpose. The new brand and logo represent our strong capability as a one-stop shop in the employee benefits space,” she added.

For her part, InLife Executive Chairperson Nina Aguas said that the event goes beyond a Brand Launch, it’s “making a clear decision about direction, focus, and intent.

“This moment signals how InLife moves forward through InLife Benefits,” she said.

Aguas added, “We honor and respect the journey that Generali Philippines has undertaken. Now, we build on it. We bring it into closer alignment with InLife’s long-term direction and with the needs of a changing market.”
