For Tony Labrusca, aging is not something to fear—it is something to honor, nurture, and prepare for with intention.
During the opening of Owen Wellness Clinic, where he appeared as one of the celebrity guests, Tony spoke candidly with members of the press about how he views self-care, balance, and growing older in an industry often obsessed with youth.
“Aging is a blessing,” he said. “But it’s our responsibility if we want to age gracefully. If we want longevity, then we have to take care of our bodies.”
For Tony, wellness begins with awareness—especially when it comes to stress, something he admits he once dismissed in his younger years.
“My number one self-care is I take stress very seriously,” he shared. “Back then in my early 20s, I thought stress and anxiety didn’t exist. I was like, you have to be very active, very proactive. But you really have to be mindful and lower your cortisol on your own.”
He explained that simple practices—often overlooked—have become central to his routine.
“If you’re dealing with stress, take a few deep breaths. Think positive. Be grateful. This sounds cheesy, but honestly, it works for me,” Tony said.
His advocacy for mental and emotional balance is rooted in personal experience. At one point, he revealed, his body began sending warning signals.
“When I was really stressed, I experienced a lot of health problems. I was dealing with chronic pelvic pain, and one of the leading factors—aside from being a little too active—was stress,” he recalled.
That difficult period reshaped how he approached wellness, prompting him to take his mental state as seriously as his physical fitness.
“I really encourage people to take stress seriously,” he emphasized. “If you notice that you’re constantly stressed, it’s really about mindset and awareness. We’re all going to get stressed, but once we’re in that state, just take a few moments to lower your cortisol level.”
For Tony, healing is never about shortcuts. Instead, he believes in building habits that last.
“Do things that help your happy hormones—working out, spending time in nature, finding different hobbies,” he said. “People need to realize it’s not a one-stop shop. It’s not a quick fix. It’s really a lifestyle. If you want longevity, you have to support it.”
This philosophy aligns closely with the vision of Owen Wellness Clinic, a premium men’s health destination designed to blend advanced medical expertise with the comfort and discretion of a modern men’s club. Rooted in science yet refined in experience, the clinic promotes long-term care over temporary solutions—an approach Tony strongly resonates with.
With its focus on personalized treatment, adaptability, and sustainable wellness, Owen reflects the same values Tony now lives by: consistency, mindfulness, and responsibility toward one’s own body and mind.
In an industry that often prioritizes appearance over well-being, Tony Labrusca’s message stands out for its honesty and depth. For him, aging is not about holding on to the past—it is about growing wiser, healthier, and more grounded with every passing year.
“It’s really a lifestyle,” he said simply.
And for Tony, that lifestyle is built on respect—for the body, the mind, and the journey of becoming better with time.
