Sparkle artist Arabelle dela Cruz has reached a major career high after clinching the Grand Champion title at South Korea’s prestigious Veiled Cup, putting Filipino artistry firmly in the international spotlight.

Known to fans as the “Laguna Diva,” Arabelle battled it out against elite vocalists from across Asia in a grueling, weeks-long competition that tested pure singing skill and stage presence. In the final stretch, she outperformed formidable rivals such as South Korea’s Gyeongsangdo Gangcheolseongdae, Thailand’s Bangkok Soulman, Laos’ Vientiane Redhair and Phangaman Fighter, ultimately emerging as the season’s top performer.

Her journey to the global stage began on All-Out Sundays, which introduced Veiled Musician Philippines — a special competition mounted by GMA Entertainment Group to determine the country’s representatives to the Korea-based showdown. Hosted by Rayver Cruz and Gabbi Garcia, the local tilt featured 12 seasoned vocalists performing anonymously behind a veil, allowing judges to focus solely on vocal excellence. The panel included Kapuso hitmakers Mark Bautista, Rita Daniela and Julie Anne San Jose, with K-pop superstar Tiffany Young joining them for the final round.

From the impressive lineup, Arabelle was chosen alongside Garrett Bolden and Thea Astley to carry the Philippine banner abroad. Advancing all the way to the grand finals, Arabelle ultimately stood alone at the top, securing the championship and marking a breakthrough moment in her international career.

The Veiled Cup’s signature format — where contestants remain hidden until their identities are revealed — proved to be the ideal platform for Arabelle, allowing her voice and artistry to take center stage. Her victory resonated beyond the competition, serving as a powerful showcase of Filipino passion, discipline, and world-class talent.

Fresh from being named First Runner-Up in The Clash 2025 and recognized as one of All-Out Sundays’ standout Divas, Arabelle’s latest win represents a defining chapter in her rise as an artist and a proud triumph for the country she represented.

Following her historic achievement, Arabelle took to Instagram to thank her supporters, celebrating the moment with a jubilant message: “Pilipinas, panalo tayo!”

With her Veiled Cup win, Arabelle Dela Cruz not only captured an international crown but also inspired a new generation of Filipino performers to dream beyond borders and aim for the world stage.
