Suzuki Philippines opens outlet in Bataan

The Suzuki Philippines Inc. has opened the Suzuki Auto Bataan outlet at the Roman Superhighway, Barangay Palihan in the town of Hermosa, Bataan on 2 February 2026.

Suzuki Philippines Inc. General Managers Norihide Takei and Yukio Sato, Laus Group of Companies President and CEO Lisset Laus-Velasco led the opening of the Suzuki Auto Bataan that aims to target consumers living in the province.

Guest of Honor Governor Joet Garcia said that the opening of the Suzuki Auto Bataan is a testament to the continued trust and confidence of the private sector on the potential of the province as a center of business.

He also congratulated Hermosa Mayor Anne Adorable-Inton, citing that the Philippines Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) has acknowledged this town of Bataan as the Most Business Friendly LGU in the country.

“Asahan po ninyo ang ating patuloy na pakikipag-ugnayan sa pribadong sektor upang makalikha nang mas maraming trabaho at mas mapalago pa ang ating lokal na ekonomiya,” he added.

Mayor Adorable-Inton said that the opening of the Suzuki Auto Bataan will provide employment opportunities to the people of Hermosa, and will serve as an important investment that would boost the local economy of the town.

Suzuki Philippines achieved a historic third-place ranking in overall automotive sales in 2025, selling 21,984 units, according to data from the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI).

In 2025, Suzuki's sales volume surpassed competitors like Ford and Nissan. The company attributed this success to its expanding dealer network (now 80 dealerships nationwide) and a product lineup that meets practical Filipino mobility needs.
