DPWH Secretary inspects abandoned Revilla High School building

Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon inspects the site of an unfinished two-story school building at Responsible Village Leaders Learning Academy (REVILLA) High School in Bacoor City, Cavite, on Tuesday, 3 February 2026. The building was originally scheduled to be completed by 2025 but was stalled due to a lack of funding. Dizon says he will coordinate with the Department of Education to prioritize the completion of the project, which requires an estimated P30 million in funding to finish. He also asked the local government to complete the road connecting the school by June to help students navigate their way to the much easier route.
