Regional-level most wanted fugitive nabbed in Angono

A regional-level most wanted person was arrested in a joint operation conducted by members of the Morong Municipal Police Station and the RID4A-Special Team in Barangay San Isidro, Angono, Rizal province on Tuesday night.

The arrested accused was identified only by the alias Tatang, 72, a resident of this barangay.

He is facing a case of qualified rape with no recommendation for bail, issued by the Morong Regional Trial Court Branch 79.

The arrested accused is currently under the custody of the Morong Municipal Police Station for proper documentation and disposition.

Rizal police provincial director Police Colonel Feloteo Gonzalgo said the Rizal Police Provincial Office continues to implement an intensified campaign against wanted persons as part of its advocacy to maintain peace and order in the province.
