DAILY TRIBUNE received two awards during the Gawad Pag-IBIG para sa Media held on 28 January at The Manila Hotel, marking a significant recognition of the news organization’s reach and consistency in public information dissemination.
The DAILY TRIBUNE was honored with the Bida Sa Paglathala award for having the largest number of onsite and social media platforms with published press releases, as well as the Kabalikat Sa Pagbabalita award for recording the largest number of published press releases on its online news site.
Receiving the citations, executive editor Chito Lozada underscored that the recognition reflects the collective effort of the newsroom.

The Gawad Pag-IBIG para sa Media honors excellence and integrity in journalism and forms part of the celebration of Pag-IBIG Fund’s 45th anniversary, highlighting its continuing partnership with media organizations nationwide.
DAILY TRIBUNE Online head and editor Carl Magadia echoed the sentiment, emphasizing the publication’s persistence in delivering timely and credible information to the public.
