Years after she first stepped into Kuya’s house as a teenager, Beauty Gonzalez came back — this time not as a hopeful housemate, but as a woman shaped by experience, missteps, growth, and self-trust.
During her brief visit to Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0, Beauty spoke candidly to the current housemates, reflecting on how her time inside the house years ago quietly laid the foundation for the person she has become today.
Looking back, she shared that the most valuable lesson she carried out of the PBB house had nothing to do with fame or competition.
“’Yung nakuha ko lang talaga from PBB is just to be myself because wherever I am, ’yun ’yung nagdala sa akin. Nagpapakatotoo lang ako as long as wala akong sinasaktan, inaapakan na tao.”
Rather than obsess over outcomes, Beauty said she learned to trust the process—and herself. She encouraged the housemates to think beyond the walls of Kuya’s house and begin discovering who they are meant to be after the cameras are gone.
“You try to find what are you gonna focus when you get out of here. Be weird. Don’t be like everyone else. Try to find your own thing. What’s yours will find you may it be inside or outside the house.”
Her message was equal parts grounding and liberating: individuality matters, and fitting in is overrated.
Beauty also reminded the younger housemates not to overburden themselves with pressure or fear of mistakes. Time, she assured them, is still on their side.
“Just enjoy the process. Be at the moment and stay weird. Boring ’yung plain and simple. Be happy lang. Enjoy lang life. Look at me, I’m already 34 and I was here 17 or 16 years old. Ang dami talagang mangyayari pa. Don’t worry so much. You’re kids eh. You’re allowed to make mistakes and you learn from those mistakes.”
Before leaving, she left them with a final, quietly powerful reminder—one that resonated far beyond the house.
“Don’t change your vibe. If the people don’t get your vibe, change the people, not your vibe.”
