Toyota Motor Philippines has started the development of a new dealership in Antipolo City, Rizal, expanding its retail and service network to better serve customers in the province.
The project is being undertaken in cooperation with Toyota Taytay, Rizal Inc. and is located along L. Sumulong Memorial Circle in Barangay San Jose. The dealership aims to provide added convenience and support for Toyota owners while reinforcing the company’s push for accessible mobility nationwide.
Once completed, the Toyota Antipolo, Rizal dealership will occupy a total floor area of 12,160 square meters across three floors and a mezzanine. It will offer a full range of automotive services, including express maintenance, periodic maintenance, body and paint services, and general repairs.
The facility will also feature a modern showroom with space for seven vehicle displays and 37 service bays designed to accommodate growing customer demand in the area.
“I have always hoped that a Toyota dealership will be part of Antipolo,” said Masando Hashimoto, president of Toyota Motor Philippines. “I can’t wait for the grand opening at the earliest possible timing, not just because Toyota Antipolo is set to strengthen our network, but because it helps us serve customers with greater convenience,” he added.
Toyota Antipolo President Zellyn Lim Diaz said the project is expected to contribute to local economic growth by generating employment opportunities during construction and once operations begin.
“As we establish Toyota Antipolo, we are proud to contribute to the local economy,” Diaz said. “This project will generate employment — from jobs during construction to long-term careers once operations begin. More importantly, it will provide opportunities for learning, development, and stability for many families. Because progress is most meaningful when it uplifts others,” she added.
Antipolo City is a fast-growing urban center whose economy is driven by retail, real estate, tourism, and micro, small and medium enterprises. As the capital of Rizal province and a key gateway to Metro Manila, the city relies heavily on major road networks such as Marcos Highway and Ortigas Avenue Extension, which carry daily commuter traffic.
Toyota Motor Philippines said the new dealership is part of its broader effort to expand its nationwide footprint and enhance customer experience through improved accessibility and aftersales support.
