Maxim joins Batangas City Fiesta Parade

PARTICIPANTS from Maxim line up with other parade groups as the Batangas City Fiesta 2026 motorcade moves through residential roads ahead of the main celebration.

Maxim Rides & Food Delivery took part in the Batangas City Fiesta 2026 parade on 16 January, joining the annual celebration held in honor of the Feast of the Sto. Niño de Batangas.

The company joined the grand parade with its driver-partners, who were among the groups that moved through major streets of Batangas City as part of the city’s official fiesta program.

The procession included representatives from barangay councils, national government offices, schools, civic organizations, food chains, and commercial establishments, along with a range of decorated vehicles.

City officials said the parade remains one of the main activities of the Batangas City fiesta, drawing participation from public institutions and private groups each year. The event is traditionally used by organizations to take part in community celebrations linked to the city’s patron saint.

Maxim’s participation came shortly after the launch of its motorcycle taxi service in Batangas City. The company operates as a motorcycle-based passenger transport and delivery platform and is currently the first legal motorcycle taxi operator in the city.

Mark Jazpher Dinglasan, head of Maxim Batangas, said the company accepted the invitation to join the parade following the start of its local operations.

He said the activity provided an opportunity for the company and its driver-partners to take part in a city event attended by residents from different barangays.

Maxim launched its services in the Philippines in 2020, starting operations in Cebu. The company has since expanded to 19 other cities across the country. Its services include delivery and pre-arranged passenger transport by car through its mobile application.

In Metro Manila and Cagayan de Oro, Maxim has been included in pilot programs that allow motorcycle passenger transport under regulated conditions.

The company operates as a licensed transport network company authorized to provide pre-arranged transport services.
