Around 364 beneficiaries received housing units at the Bocaue Bulacan Manor condominium project on Saturday, part of the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.

The project, developed by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and the Pag-IBIG Fund, will eventually provide housing for 12,000 individuals across 11 mid-rise residential buildings with more than 4,000 units. Tower 1, completed for turnover, includes 364 units ready for qualified applicants.

The inauguration also included the distribution of Notices of Approval to qualified beneficiaries, bringing them closer to home ownership.

Bocaue Bulacan Manor is designed as a self-contained community, with amenities such as a swimming pool, basketball court, parks, playgrounds, nursery, clubhouse, multi-purpose building, parking areas, commercial spaces, and a tricycle terminal. These facilities aim to support daily living for residents and provide access to nearby transportation, food supply, and health services.

Applications are open to qualified individuals regardless of residency in Bocaue. Local residents may coordinate with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) for guidance on the application process.

The project is part of the government’s wider effort under the Expanded 4PH Program to increase access to affordable housing nationwide.
