The Bureau of Immigration (BI) deported Russian vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy months after he was arrested for a series of viral videos showing him harassing residents in a high-end business district.
Zdorovetskiy boarded an IrAero flight bound for Irkutsk, Russia, after the bureau’s Board of Commissioners declared him an “undesirable alien” in December.
Immigration Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado confirmed Sunday that the vlogger’s name has been added to the government’s permanent blacklist.
“The country warmly receives guests from all nations, but respect for our laws is non-negotiable,” Viado said in a statement. “Those who engage in harassment or disruptive acts undermine public order and will be swiftly sanctioned.”
To recall, Authorities arrested Zdorovetskiy in April 2025 following several complaints regarding his behavior in Bonifacio Global City. Social media recordings showed him verbally abusing a security guard, shouting expletives at a woman for wearing a mask, and stealing an electric fan.
In one video, he reportedly took a tricycle and crashed it into a parked jeepney.
During inquest proceedings, Zdorovetskiy admitted to the acts. He was held at the Bureau of Immigration’s detention facility in Camp Bagong Diwa after his application for bail was denied.
The deportation order stated that Zdorovetskiy “harassed and humiliated several Filipinos” and committed acts “contrary to morals, good customs, or public policy.”
Zdorovetskiy is known internationally for prank-style videos that have frequently led to legal trouble in multiple countries.
