The suspect in the killing of an ABC President in Bulacan was arrested by authorities during the serving of a warrant of arrest at Brgy. Tres Cruces, Tanza, Cavite, on 14 January 2026.
According to the Bulacan Police Provincial Office (BPPO), the suspect is identified as Ulysses Hernani Castro Pascual, a 46-year-old resident of No. 628 Governor Pascual St., Brgy. San Roque, Navotas City.
According to Provincial Investigation Unit (PIU) Chief Police Lt. Col. Russell Dennis E Reburiano, Pascual is charged with two counts of murder.
The arrest was made by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 11, City of Malolos, Bulacan on February 20, 2025.
The warrant is in relations with Criminal Case Nos. 988-M-2025 and 989-M-2025 for the charge of two counts of murder, with no bail recommended.
The operation was led by the Bulacan PIU's Tracker Team along with the Bulacan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company, Malolos City Police Station, Navotas City Police Station, CIDG Cavite, anf Tanza Municipal Police Station of the Cavite PPO, as well as Municipal Mayor Archangelo Matro and baranggay officials.
During his arrest, the suspect was in possession of a Glock 9mm 43X pistol with optic sight, with chamber loaded and magasin loaded with 15 live ammo.
The accused is one of the suspects in the killing of Hon. Ramil Capistrano, ABC President of Bulacan, and the victim's driver Shedrick S. Toribio, which happened at Brgy. Ligas, City of Malolos on October 3, 2024.
The suspect is currently under the custody of the Bulacan PIU for proper documentation and disposition.
