Cybersecurity firm Appdome has launched what it calls the industry’s first Agentic AI SecOps Agent, an autonomous artificial intelligence tool designed to monitor, analyze, and report on mobile cyber threats in real time.
Announced at Black Hat Europe, the SecOps Agent combines Appdome’s large-scale mobile threat data with agentic AI capabilities to help cyber, fraud, and risk teams understand and respond to increasingly complex mobile attacks. The tool continuously evaluates threat signals across apps, devices, operating systems, and geographies, while also assessing a company’s defense posture build by build.
“Appdome already has the biggest data set in mobile fraud and cyberthreats,” said Tom Tovar, CEO and co-creator at Appdome. “SecOps Agent brings Agentic AI learning inside billions of threat signals, allowing it to slice and dice the threat data in seconds, answer questions from any stakeholder, and independently prompt stakeholders with new discoveries and insights in real time.”
The company said the launch comes as cyber and fraud teams face mounting pressure from the growing scale and sophistication of mobile attacks, including fraud, malware, account takeovers, and API abuse. SecOps Agent uses continuous learning models and trillions of monthly threat events generated by Appdome-protected apps to evaluate risk severity, attack trends, and business impact.
“Cyber and fraud team are replacing manual work with digital workflows to stay ahead of the mobile attack surface,” said Gil Hartman, Field CTO at Appdome. “SecOps Agent gives mobile brands the power of AI to overcome knowledge and skill gaps, simultaneously learn from and evaluate the threat data from the mobile business, and use that knowledge to stop fraud, ATOs, API threats, and more in real time.”
Unlike traditional security tools, Appdome said SecOps Agent focuses on business impact by correlating threats with transaction risk, geographic exposure, and app usage. The system generates reports, alerts, and a Mobile Risk Index to help organizations prioritize defensive actions.
“SecOps Agent is an industry leading multi-agent architecture for analyzing threat data in real time,” said Eric Newcomer, Principal Analyst at Intellyx. “It learns quickly, removes human bias, identifies patterns that other systems may miss, and understand business risk.”
Appdome said the agent operates entirely within its enterprise platform, with strict controls to ensure data privacy, governance, and compliance, and without sending information to public AI models.
