The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) on Monday reported the conduct of a weeklong series of administrative gains and personnel support initiatives from 21 to 27 December 2025.

QCPD Acting District Director Randy Glenn Silvio said the district’s Medical and Dental Unit (QCPD MDU) provided healthcare services to 152 beneficiaries, including QCPD personnel, their dependents, civilians, and Persons Under Police Custody (PUPCs).

Services rendered during the period included health monitoring of PUPCs, medical consultations and treatment, chest X-ray examinations, dental services, and pre-medical evaluations for personnel preparing for their scheduled Physical Fitness Test for the birth month of January 2026. The unit also conducted roving medical operations in support of Ligtas Paskuhan, during which Information, Education, and Communication materials and vitamins were distributed to the public.

In recognition of exemplary service, the QCPD conferred 3,076 commendations to deserving personnel for their dedication, discipline, and outstanding performance in public service.

As part of its community policing efforts, the district also carried out 74 community engagement activities across various barangays in Quezon City to strengthen trust, cooperation, and shared responsibility in maintaining peace and order.

To ensure operational readiness, the QCPD facilitated the repair and maintenance of 13 service vehicles, enhancing the mobility and response capability of its stations and operating units.

The QCPD Damayan program, through the Office of the District Executive Senior Police Officer, also extended burial assistance amounting to P20,000 for the late father of PSSg Bernardino Dela Rosa, supporting the welfare of personnel and their families in times of need.

Silvio said these accomplishments reflect the district’s sustained efforts to provide responsive administrative support, uphold personnel welfare, and strengthen community partnerships in support of effective policing.
