BAGUIO CITY — The Professional Regulation Commission’s (PRC) Board of Real Estate Service has suspended two practitioners for two years following a failed investment scheme that cost an overseas worker millions of pesos.
Jennylyn Galletes delos Santos-Floresca and Jacqueline Corel Melchor were found guilty of unethical conduct and violations of the Code of Ethics and Responsibilities for Real Estate Service Practitioners.
The decision, released in mid-December, stems from a complaint filed by Jordan Banasen Sacpa in July 2024.
According to board records, Sacpa invested P2 million in August 2022 into a “Build and Sell Partnership Agreement” offered through the respondents’ company, Casa Infini. Sacpa, who was working abroad at the time, was promised a 4 percent monthly return on his capital.
