Governor Lilia Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis Pineda expressed their gratitude to DOLE for continuing to provide livelihood programs that support Kapampangans. The provincial government also distributed food packs and maintenance medicines to the kabalens.

Claire Lim, 4th District Board Member Dra. Kaye Naguit, PESO Pampanga head Luningning Vergara, and Chief of Staff to the Vice Governor Angelina Blanco were present during the handoff.
TUPAD payouts are financial assistance provided by DOLE through emergency employment, offering beneficiaries temporary work, such as community clean-up activities, for a period of 10 to 30 days at minimum wage. Payouts are typically released by local government units or DOLE offices upon completion of the work, either in cash or through digital channels, to provide short-term income support.
Payout schedules vary by location and project, and beneficiaries are advised to coordinate with their local PESO office or DOLE branch for specific dates and requirements.
