One of my most talented friends, Jun Jun Ablaza, set my social calendar ablaze with his exciting birthday party! Loved this theme of “China Chic: A Colorful Celebration” that I got to preparing my look right away. It was such a fun and modern take on Chinese outfits. By the looks of all the fits by the guests, everyone had fun with it, too!
Shang Palace at Makati Shangri-La was the perfect venue for his theme with its rich decor. Knowing Jun, no detail would be out of place. It’s no surprise that the food would be the best — the most luxe lauriat served! My favorite detail of all? Well, I’m torn between the birthday boy’s gorgeous suit plus ear accessories, and his headpiece on the invitation. Here’s to many more years of fun and fabulousness with you, dear. Cheers to you!
