Pag-IBIG Fund capped the year with major cash rewards as it held the grand draws of its One-Plus-One Raffle Promo and Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) Loan-to-Win Raffle Promo on 16 December in Makati City, with top prizes reaching up to P500,000.
The year-end draws formed part of Pag-IBIG Fund’s initiatives to expand membership and recognize members who actively participate in the agency’s programs, including savings and short-term cash loans. The promos also support the directive of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to ensure wider access to housing and financial security for Filipino workers, including those in the informal sector and overseas Filipino workers.
Launched in January, the One-Plus-One Raffle Promo encouraged active members, known as PagIBIGfluencers, to invite nonmembers to register with Pag-IBIG Fund or inactive members to reactivate their accounts. The initiative helped broaden the agency’s membership base and promote access to its savings and housing programs, culminating in the year-end grand draw.
The One-Plus-One Grand Draw produced three winning pairs for the top prizes, with one pair receiving P500,000 each, another receiving P250,000 each, and a third pair receiving P100,000 each. In addition, 30 PagIBIGfluencers and 30 “plus ones” won P10,000 consolation prizes each.
Meanwhile, the MPL Loan-to-Win Raffle Promo, which began in February, rewarded members who availed of the Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan, a short-term cash facility that can be used for expenses such as medical needs, education, small business capital, and household requirements. Eligible borrowers earned one raffle entry for every approved loan, with additional entries granted for online applications via Virtual Pag-IBIG, first-time MPL borrowers, and loans exceeding P50,000.
The MPL Loan-to-Win Grand Draw produced 24 winners, including four recipients of P50,000, four winners of P40,000, and 16 recipients of P30,000. Eighty other MPL borrowers also received P10,000 consolation prizes.
The winners in the year-end draws joined 756 previous winners of the MPL promo and 94 winners of the One-Plus-One promo from earlier raffle rounds held throughout the year.
