'How does nothing weigh so much?'

Amelia Clarissa de Luna Monasterial

Darkest darkness and biting wind,

Billowing towards a gaping hole,

Soaking everything in a morose tint,

Leaving behind secrets untold.

Heavy is the heart that carries nothing.

What a paradox it is, do you not see?

One touch of blackness coating everything,

Eating away at what makes me be.

I am full of something made out of nothing,

And I never thought emptiness would weigh so much.
