PNB ramps up website services

Philippine National Bank (PNB) has rolled out its newly revamped website as part of its thrust to be a reliable partner in serving the needs of Filipinos.

PNB said the new website introduces a streamlined interface, improved navigation, and enhanced features designed to make online banking more intuitive and accessible.

More than a visual update, this transformation represents PNB’s promise to create a platform that meets the evolving needs of its customers.

PNB president and CEO Edwin Bautista underscores the Bank’s core value of “masasandalan” (reliability). “Since decades ago, PNB has been known as the “bankong masasandalan, maasahan.” Our website is a key platform by which our customers can know us and how we can help them. We remain truly reliable by making their online experience with PNB simple, secure and efficient.”

Broader changes slated

The website revamp is part of PNB’s broader transformation journey, which began with its rebranding campaign 2 years ago, embodied by its brand promise of Every Step Together. As the bank takes the next step in its journey, it continues to innovate and improve the customer experience.
