All 29 public schools in the city of Muntinlupa are now equipped with internet connectivity as part of the local government’s three-year education road map, Mayor Ruffy Biazon said on Wednesday.

Biazon said the initiative aims to strengthen technology-based solutions to address learning gaps in the current education setting.

“If our youth are connected and have fast access to information, they become better prepared for digital learning,” he added.

The project also forms part of the city’s goal to become a “smart city,” particularly in education.

The rollout was implemented through Project DUNOng, led by the Schools Division Office–Muntinlupa in collaboration with PLDT Enterprise.
