Marikina Town Center, Federal Land’s estate in Marikina, kicks off the holiday season with two exciting additions: a FIFA-standard football field and the Toyota Tamaraw Food Park, creating new spots for sports, food and family fun.

President of Toyota Motors Philippines Masando Hashimoto, Marikina City Mayor Maan Teodoro and President of Federal Land Jose Mari Banzon.

Hub for sports and community The new 100x68-meter football field features bleachers for 250 spectators, perfect for matches, practice, or casual play. “This turf gives Marikina a space for sports, recreation and community gatherings,” Jose Mari Banzon, president of Federal Land, said. The Toyota Tamaraw Food Park, on the other hand, offers a lineup of 9 food trucks with local favorites and dishes by celebrity chefs Karla Kusinera, Sharwin Tee and Sai Montes.  “We’re excited to support local entrepreneurs while sharing the joy of food,” Masando Hashimoto, president of Toyota Motor Philippines, said.  The park’s rotating vendors make it a lively destination for festive dining. The NakakaLocal Food Fest showcases Marikina’s MSMEs, featuring Café Rajah, Crumbly Crust Café, Kalye Classics and more. Marikina Town Center’s revitalization continues with Blue Wave Mall’s redevelopment, slated for 1H 2026 and plans for more sports, lifestyle and residential spaces. These new attractions align with Federal Land Communities’ vision to build vibrant, master-planned townships nationwide.
