Fujifilm debuts X-T30 III mirrorless camera

DT

Fujifilm Philippines has launched the FUJIFILM X-T30 III, a refreshed take on its popular compact mirrorless camera line, aimed at rekindling the joy of photography for enthusiasts and beginners alike.

Part of the brand’s X Series, known for its color reproduction technology, the X-T30 III retains the familiar retro-inspired center viewfinder design and lightweight build at 378 grams.

It features a back-illuminated 26.1-megapixel X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor paired with the X-Processor 5 engine, offering faster image processing and improved overall performance.

The camera was introduced during an intimate event in Makati, where X-Photographer Ricky Ladia discussed its enhancements in image quality, subject detection, and portability.

Fujifilm said the X-T30 III delivers roughly twice the processing speed of its predecessor and includes upgraded subject-detection autofocus, resulting in sharper and more reliable performance for street, travel, and everyday photography.

Among its standout features is the Film Simulation dial, previously seen in the X-T50 and X-M5 models. Users can select from 20 preset Film Simulation modes—including “REALA ACE” and “NOSTALGIC Neg” — to give their images distinct character.

Three customizable FS1 to FS3 positions let photographers store preferred settings for quick access.

The X-T30 III keeps popular elements such as the pop-up flash and dedicated AUTO lever for effortless shooting and adds 6.2K/30P video capability for content creators and filmmakers.

The FUJIFILM X-T30 III will be available starting 24 November 2025 for P58,990 (body only) and P68,990 with the XC13–33mm kit lens at authorized Fujifilm retailers nationwide.
