Suzuki has reached another key milestone as the Fronx earned a 5-star rating in the latest ASEAN NCAP assessment. The recognition puts the model among the safest in its segment and shows how Suzuki continues to add more protection and smarter features for everyday drivers.

The tested MY25 unit, produced in Indonesia, posted a total score of 77.70 points. The evaluation covered four major areas, including adult protection, child protection, safety assist systems, and motorcyclist safety. The results show that Suzuki has worked to strengthen the Fronx beyond its looks and everyday practicality.

FRONX displays its 5-star ASEAN NCAP rating as Suzuki highlights the model’s strong safety showing.

Much of its performance comes from the HEARTECT platform, a structure known for using high-rigidity materials that manage crash energy more efficiently. This helps lessen cabin deformation during impacts. Suzuki paired this with six airbags positioned around the cabin to keep both front and rear passengers better protected in unexpected collisions.

Families will also notice that the Fronx places importance on child occupant safety. ISOFIX anchors and top tether points come standard for easier child seat installation. All rows also have seatbelt reminders to help keep everyone buckled up.

A big contributor to the high score is the Fronx’s suite of active safety systems under Suzuki Safety Support that include Forward Collision Warning, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Departure Prevention, and Lane Keep Assist. They all activate when the vehicle senses possible danger. These systems and tools help keep drivers from road incidents.

Crash test results show the Fronx meets high safety standards under the latest ASEAN NCAP protocol.

Blind Spot Detection and Rear Cross Traffic Alert give the driver more awareness and help them notice vehicles coming from either side. This mitigates the challenges of city driving, especially on narrow roads shared with motorcycles.

The Fronx also carries familiar stability technologies for day-to-day use. Electronic Stability Control, ABS, EBD, and Hill Hold Control help the driver keep the car steady on uneven ground, during quick turns, or in sudden stops. Visibility at night is supported by Auto High Beam, which adjusts lighting automatically without distracting oncoming motorists.

These features make the Fronx a practical choice for young workers who spend most of their time in traffic, and for parents who place a premium on their family’s safety. Suzuki Fronx’s 5-star ASEAN NCAP rating shows that its focus extends beyond styling and affordability, offering protection that matches the needs of Filipino motorists today.

Suzuki says the recognition reinforces its goal of being a reliable companion for all kinds of journeys. For buyers who want a vehicle that balances comfort, value, and safety, the Fronx now arrives with added confidence thanks to this latest achievement.
