After years of shaping the local esports scene and navigating the fast-paced world of tech, industry leader Eric Redulfin is entering an entirely new battlefield: Real estate.
This bold leap marks the launch of a new property venture and its own digital listing platform — a move that signals not just diversification, but a redefinition of how real estate can be done in the Philippines.
Redulfin shared that the shift into real estate came with both opportunity and intention.
“I saw the potential in the real estate business,” he said. “Yes, it’s an opportunity to earn, but what struck me more was how many people in the industry don’t prioritize integrity in transactions. I want to give people another option — a company where doing the right thing comes first.”
From managing teams on the global esports stage to establishing a new name in property services, Redulfin carries the same principles that defined his earlier successes: trust, innovation and genuine care for people.
At the heart of this new venture is a digital listing platform designed to simplify the property experience for Filipinos.
The goal: make buying, selling and investing more transparent and accessible.
By combining tech-driven features with a commitment to honest dealings, the platform enables users to browse listings, connect with verified brokers and make informed decisions — all with a clearer, more ethical approach than what many are used to in the space.
To strengthen this new chapter, Redulfin is joined by Dindo Sarmiento. A graduate of the University of the East–Manila, Sarmiento worked his way up from property specialist to licensed real estate broker — a career defined by grit, discipline and steady growth.
“We want to connect investors, entrepreneurs and families to opportunities that create progress and strengthen communities,” Sarmiento said.
