BCDA, Korean firms to build P5.1-B golf estate

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has partnered with South Korean real estate firms for a P5.1-billion premium golf course and residential villa estate in New Clark City.

Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust (KOREIT) Asset Management and Sky Blue New Clark City Golf & Resort Corp. will collaborate with BCDA to develop the 150-hectare project, which includes a 77-hectare 18-hole championship golf course with clubhouse, a 52-hectare 9-hole extension, residential villas, and supporting facilities. Commercial operations are targeted for the first quarter of 2026.
