CLARK, Pampanga – Aurora Province was recognized for its commitment to public health, receiving the Bronze Award at the Central Luzon Excellence Awards for Health (CLExAH) 2025 held at Royce Hotel, Clark, on 24 November.
The award acknowledges the province's dedication to promoting and safeguarding the health of its citizens, as well as its significant support for the full implementation of Universal Health Care in Central Luzon.
"This recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of our health workers and local leaders," said Governor Sid Galban, praising the collaboration efforts.
Several municipalities within Aurora were also honored as high-performing:

Dr. Myrna P. Nicer, PDOHO DMOs, and Dr. Lilia A. Pascua (DMO V), along with Municipal Health Officers and representatives from the recognized municipalities, attended the ceremony.
In a statement, the Provincial Health Office of Aurora said they remain committed to achieving a healthier, more resilient, and more progressive province.
