Yassi Pressman's to-die-for reed-thin body is a product of workout, weight lifting, Muay Thai and balance diet.
That's what Pressman revealed when someone asked during her solo presscon for ROJA what her svelte figure was a product of.
"I also enjoy dancing, and now we're developing a zumba dance workout to be released very soon on YouTube. It's for everybody. I did it for the beginners, for those who want to sweat it out," she explained.
"I really watch YouTube videos. I want to make one, dancing workout video It's just so simple. Everybody can follow it. It's called All That Yass. It's like a fun kind of zumba," she added.
Pressman unabashedly admitted she was once big.
"I was posting about it around 2020-2021 during the pandemic. I tried to do a fitness thing, a workout. It's in my YouTube, but I can't live with the camera on me before. I felt I was quite pressured. I just do it to enjoy my body, to enjoy sweating," she said.
On her diet, Pressman revealed: "I don't eat rice anymore. I only eat shiratake rice."
Is it effective?
"Well, if you eat one cup of rice, which is equivalent to 200 calories, and then shiratake rice is 20 calories, you can eat ten shiratake rice," she said.
"I don't starve myself. It's important that you eat well, you eat right and you eat a lot of veggies. But I still eat a lot of pizza. It's okay as long as it's balanced," she added.
As Ayen, the other woman of Raymond Bagatsing's character in ROJA, Pressmam dabbles in a plethora of action scenes which require much stamina. The actress believes that her well-toned body is preparation enough for the rigorous fight scenes she's tasked to do in the series.
