K-pop’s unrivaled storytellers, Enhypen, showcased their solid live performances and powerful stages in their first-ever virtual reality concert, Enhypen VR Concert: Immersion.
Beyond their artistry, Enhypen demonstrated their compassion by donating P4 million to support flood relief efforts in the Philippines, strengthening their bond with Filipino ENGENEs and underscoring their commitment to making a positive impact.
Enhypen VR Concert: Immersion began with a mysterious invitation from Enhypen to their fans, the ENGENEs. As whispers from the members echoed through unfamiliar hallways, the line between reality and fantasy started to blur. Audiences were then transported into ever-changing spaces: a vast office, an abandoned factory, and a rooftop where a pink moon and a red moon coexisted — revealing a side of Enhypen never seen before.
Fans experienced the group’s visuals and performances vividly brought to life right before their eyes, closer than ever — at a 0 cm distance.
Produced with Amaze’s cutting-edge technology, the VR concert featured interactive elements such as a heart effect that appeared when viewers made a hand-heart gesture, and branching scenes that allowed fans to watch the concert from their favorite member’s perspective. These innovations delivered an unprecedented level of immersion never before seen in VR concerts.
As the first-ever VR concert to announce and confirm its release simultaneously across 40 major cities worldwide — including Korea, the United States, Japan, China, Southeast Asia, and Europe — Immersion cemented Enhypen’s status as a global artist. Spanning North and Central America to Europe, the project not only showcased the group’s explosive popularity but also highlighted Amaze’s expanding global distribution network and technological excellence.
Harnessing the proprietary technologies — from ultra-high-definition 12K live-action filming to Unreal Engine-based VFX and AI super-resolution — Immersion delivered emotion and realism beyond any previous VR concert. Viewers felt as though they were standing right in front of a real stage, fully immersed in Enhypen’s performance and emotional depth.
Tickets are on sale via gatewayimmersive.com.ph. Immersion, to be shown until 6 December, is presented by Wilbros Live and Gateway Cineplex.
