The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) said they are prepared for the protest scheduled on 30 November 2025.

In an interview with DZBB, NCRPO spokesperson Hazel Asilo said they began preparations immediately after the recent large rally conducted by the Iglesia Ni Cristo for transparency and peace.

Asilo said they activated security planning and coordination with local government units, the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), and counterpart agencies of the NCRPO.

According to Asilo, the guidance will follow preventive, responsive, and maximum tolerance measures to ensure an organized protest.

The agency will be on full alert on the day of the Trillion Peso March rally. For now, they are on heightened alert. Uniformed personnel will be deployed on full alert, with each assigned a specific role. “We have CDM contingents, a negotiating team, a monitoring team, and arresting teams,” she said.

She added that the People Power Monument has secured a permit for a rally allowed until 7 or 8 p.m.

Holding protests and gatherings in Mendiola is discouraged. “There are other places where we can hold rallies, such as freedom parks,” Asilo said in Filipino.
