The City of Malolos will hold the Invest Bulacan Summit 2025 at The Pavilion, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center in this city on 19 November 2025.
Organized by the Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the chamber will convene in one program visionary leaders, reform advocates, and industry experts, and will have the theme “Progress for Transparency, Accountability, and Good Governance.”
The said forum will highlight BCCI’s commitment to promoting a business environment anchored in ethical leadership, streamlined processes, and investment readiness.
Anti-Red Tape Authority Secretary and Director General Ernesto V. Perez on Strengthening Ease of Doing Business and Streamlining Bureaucratic Processes; City of Baguio Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong on Transformational Leadership, Digital Governance, and Urban Resilience Strategies are the resource speakers.
Former Commission on Audit Commissioner Heidi Mendoza on Public Accountability and Fiscal Transparency; economist and Co-Chair of the Open Government Partnership Steering Committee Maria Cielo Magno on Fiscal Transparency and the Vital Link Between Government and Sustainable Investment; and RSRH Livestock Corp. President and CEO Raymond Hernandez on Navigating Taxation in Business will also provide topics on the business-related forum.
The summit will also feature project updates on the PNR construction in Bulacan and the New Manila International Airport, and business and investment opportunities in the province.
Governor Daniel R. Fernando expressed his support for the event, emphasizing the critical role of partnerships in the province’s development.
“Ang tunay na pag-unlad ay hindi lamang nasusukat sa dami ng proyekto o laki ng pamumuhunan, kundi sa husay ng pamamahala at sa tiwalang naibibigay natin sa taong-bayan. Ang Invest Bulacan Summit ay patunay na sama-sama nating isinusulong ang tapat, bukas, at makabagong pamahalaan na nagbubukas ng pintuan para sa mas maraming oportunidad sa Bulacan,” the governor said.
