Set along the sunlit coastline of Siloso Beach, Siloso Beach Resort in Sentosa positions itself as an eco-conscious sanctuary for travelers seeking a peaceful yet accessible island retreat.

It is just steps away from the shoreline and a short walk from Beach Station. The property provides direct access to the Sentosa Express, Universal Studios Singapore which is 800 meters away, and the island’s thriving cluster of attractions. With lush greenery, calming views and warm service, the resort continues to draw guests who prefer a nature-centered escape without compromising comfort. Booking it is also seamless via Klook.

Inclusivity, purpose and thoughtful design

Siloso Beach Resort has long distinguished itself through its dedication to inclusivity. The management proudly employs persons with disabilities across various departments, including front-line roles, giving them equitable opportunities to grow and contribute.

This philosophy carries into the resort’s room design. Unlike conventional hotel layouts, the rooms here are intentionally structured with simple, open configurations that make cleaning easier and safer for staff with disabilities.

Much of the resort’s character stems from its commitment to preserving Sentosa’s natural environment.

Preserves the island’s heritage

Much of the resort’s character stems from its commitment to preserving Sentosa’s natural environment.

Instead of adopting a typical hotel aesthetic, Siloso Beach Resort embraces an outdoor, nature-inspired design built with natural textures and surrounded by native plants.

According to its history, during construction, the property retained around 200 original trees, allowing the resort to blend seamlessly into the hillside and maintain the feeling of being immersed in a tropical forest. The environment is not merely decorative — it defines the experience, from the shaded walkways to the tranquil ambiance that surrounds the rooms and pool.

Sustainability

To minimize its ecological footprint, the resort has removed many single-use amenities such as individual shampoo bottles, soap bars, bathrobes and hand towels. This shift significantly reduces waste and conserves water while still maintaining essential comfort for guests.

Instead of relying heavily on chemicals, the team practices strict waste management to prevent pests from being attracted to food sources. Guests are advised not to leave opened food items in their rooms, and the resort encourages the presence of natural predators — such as frogs and dragonflies — that help keep mosquito populations under control. This low-impact method aligns with the resort’s broader sustainability ethos, ensuring the environment remains clean, balanced and healthy.

Siloso Beach Resort offers an inviting array of recreational amenities designed around its natural surroundings. Its spring-water-fed pool, jacuzzi and children’s pool provide refreshing spaces for families and couples. A rooftop terrace offers a breezy vantage point over Sentosa’s greenery, while a fitness center, complimentary buggy service and self-service laundry facilities on the first floor add convenience for both short and extended stays. With free WiFi throughout the property and easy access to the island’s attractions, the resort balances tranquility with practicality.

Dining in the charm of island living

The resort’s Alfresco Café serves Singaporean specialties in a relaxed open-air setting that complements the resort’s forested surroundings. Guests who prefer privacy or return late from exploring Sentosa can take advantage of the resort’s 24-hour room service. Cooked-to-order breakfast is served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., offering a fresh and flavorful start to each morning.
